No. Where most agencies add AI to existing processes, we replace the underlying system. We first restructure your information, build an AI stack on top and deliver custom software whose source code becomes your property: no licences, no lock-in.
Your data remains your property. Processing can run locally or on your own infrastructure, data processing agreements are standard and the architecture is model-independent. You are never tied to a single AI vendor.
Our focus is on mid-sized organisations with €4–50M revenue, private equity portfolios and organisations under urgent cost pressure. Smaller organisations in particular pay disproportionately for software and overhead. That is where the gains are biggest.
We always start with a clearly scoped pilot and success metrics agreed upfront. Our terms are simple and fair: no results, no invoice. The risk sits with us, not with you.
The quick audit delivers insight within weeks. For organisations with €4–10M revenue, €50,000–150,000 in structural yearly savings is typically achievable within 3–6 months. Knowledge and supplier autonomy (layers 3–4) usually follows within 24 months.
